Whether you choose our Express Next Working Day or opt for same-day delivery, you can trust that your order will arrive promptly and securely to an address of your choice.
The basics
Orders placed by 5pm on a working day are dispatched the same day, for next working day delivery as standard. We maintain significant product volumes, so you don’t have to. Simply request the product when and where you need it - whether to your workshop, showroom, or directly to site - allowing you to minimize inventory and run your operations as efficiently as possible.
We help you save on costs by offering free delivery for orders over £99 (excluding VAT).

Delivery Services
Next Day Standard Delivery
(Monday – Friday)
Place your order with us by 5pm and we will dispatch your order the same day.
Orders can be delivered 07:00 - 18:00, times may vary.
Specific Day Delivery
(Monday – Friday)
Let us know when and where you want your order delivered, and we will take care of the arrangements.
Same Day Express Delivery
(Monday – Friday)
This service is subject to certain qualifying factors:
• Final destination of the order
• Time the order is place
• If delivery within the required time is feasible, we will arrange it accordingly.
Same Day Express Collection
(Monday – Friday)
Orders are available for collection 60 minutes after being placed and once funds have cleared.
Collection hours are from 09:15 to 17:45, Monday to Friday.
Delivery restrictions
Delivery is available to mainland UK only. Shipping to Northern Ireland is available using customer freight forwarding partners.

Returns & Discrepancies
If you need to return an item, our hassle-free returns process is just as fast and straightforward as our deliveries. Simply fill out the returns form and we’ll handle the rest. At LDL, we strive to make every interaction as easy and efficient as possible.
Returns are accepted within 28 days of delivery
Products must be unused and in original packaging, undamaged and in a resalable condition
Drivers will not collect inadequately wrapped packages.
Return Request Processs
Complete the returns form and the Customer Experience team will contact you.
Costs
Unwanted products can be returned within 28 days for a full refund. Customers must arrange their own carrier and cover the costs.
No restocking fee is charged for unwanted products.
For damaged or faulty products, LDL will handle all return costs.
Refund & Credits
Refunds and credits are issued within 24 hours, subject to the product meeting the required criteria.
