Account Manager (Hybrid)
Are you passionate about building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences? We’re looking for a dynamic Account Manager who thrives on ensuring clients achieve success with LDL. As part of our team, you’ll be the trusted partner guiding customers from their first order to ongoing support, sharing best practices, and maximising the value of our products and services. With a customer-first approach, we ensure every interaction is purposeful and efficient—no unnecessary meetings, just efficient, personalised and effective solutions.
We dedicate around 80% of our time proactively engaging with our customers from our offices, whether working remotely or in Hadfield. The remaining time is spent visiting customers when they need us, collaborating on projects, exploring new opportunities, and deepening our understanding of their needs.
